Focusing on myself full circle

Vacation ends tomorrow and when I get home I will be on a mission. I am looking at myself full circle, meaning I want to focus on self first. I am getting older and my skin is showing it, my body is showing it, and my mind is showing it. I want to focus on everything, I am going to take care of my mind, my inner self and my outer self. Skin, stomach, heart, lungs, mind. All of it. That is my goal this year. Self first. There will be more to come but I need to think and heck maybe post it here just to think outloud. Sometimes that is best.
